I. Cooling System Requirements (Permanent Magnet Water-Cooled Motor)
It must be ensured that the cooling water circulates smoothly. Never operate the motor without cooling water. Before startup, confirm that the water circuit valves are open and the water flow is normal. During operation, monitor the motor temperature and cooling water flow at all times to prevent overheating and damage to the motor caused by pipeline blockage or water supply failure.
II. Bearing Lubrication
Motor bearings shall be regularly filled with high-temperature resistant grease (350°C temperature resistance grade is recommended). Replenish or replace the grease according to the equipment operating hours or the manufacturer’s recommended cycle. When refilling, ensure the old grease is squeezed out from the oil drain port, and avoid mixing greases of different models.
III. Installation Stability Inspection
Stop the machine regularly to check whether all fixing bolts on the motor base are loose, and retighten them with a torque wrench in accordance with the specified torque. Ensure the motor mounting base is flat without suspension, so as to prevent displacement caused by vibration during operation.
IV. Coupling Alignment Inspection
Regularly check the alignment of the coupling between the motor and the driven equipment. Measure radial and axial deviation with a dial indicator or laser aligner to ensure the alignment accuracy meets equipment requirements. Realign promptly if misalignment is found, to prevent vibration and equipment damage caused by poor alignment.

Daily maintenance shall focus on four key links: cooling, lubrication, fastening and alignment, with relevant records properly kept. Compliance with the above requirements can effectively prolong the service life of the motor and ensure stable operation.
